MMS is now a truly one stop shop for shipowners, having recently acquired Woodward’s Propellers, experienced staff, and specialist equipment in Nov. 2024. We can now repair or provide new propellers in house. All of our services are carried out by time served, experienced tradesmen who are committed to working closely with the customer. Our priority is to ensure all jobs are completed on time, to budget, and to the highest standard of workmanship.

MMS was established in 1988 and has experience in dry docking and repairing many different types of vessels. No job is too big or too small. To date, MMS has dry docked over 1,200 ships and has carried out over 10,000 individual repair contracts. MMS always gives fair and honest pricing. You get a detailed and fixed price quotation in response to your enquiry. Any emergent work will only be undertaken when authorised by the ship’s representative. This way, owners don’t get any surprises when they get their final invoice.

 

MMS provides an individually tailored service. You get a dedicated shipyard manager overseeing the vessel’s repair from start to finish. The manager works in partnership with the Shipowners and representatives to meet individual requirements and preferences.
