Fenders

MMS manufacture and install quay wall and jetty fenders including the company’s own ‘Hull Ship Fender’ made from recycled aircraft tyres with a fabricated steel pipe core.

Pontoons (Heavy Duty)

MMS built pontoons are fabricated in 8 to 10 mm Lloyds Grade A mild steel, welded by class approved tradesmen. Once the steel work has been completed they are shot-blasted and coated with a waterproof epoxy paint. Once the paint is hardened, treated timber or rubber can be bolted to the side to protect during mooring operations. All pontoons are made to suit customer’s requirements.

Ladders

All ladders and stairways are fabricated to order with the type of material, tread and handrail as specified by the customer. These can be supplied shot-blasted and painted or in aluminium and on completion fitted onsite to customer requirements.
